Kiki Youth started as an idea in 2019 and became incorporated as Kiki Youth Education CIC in September 2021.
Kiki Youth was established to change the narrative of existing youth work through innovative and foreward thinking practice. Our youth workers are passionate, qualified and have a desire to enable young people to be inspired, reach and achieve their goals, be successful by having positive change within their lives.
The organisation allows us an opportunity to provide more direct services to young people along with being able to network with other organisations to promote opportunities for young people in the Greater London area. Our Main operation is in North London, but also cover parts of East London.
Our focus is 11-25s who experience social and economic disadvantage. We are experts in the field of social inclusion and diversity awareness.

Our organisation is run using a co-production strategy. Young people are given the opportunity to be involved with the decision making and inputting into the services and activities that we offer. They direct the aims, aspirations and outcomes of the organisation. We are proud to use a co-production model that enables young people to be informed, enabled and have responsibiilty for their involvement and work within their own community.
