Young people are affected by many issues that affect their confidence and self-esteem that could potentially lead them to withdrawing from education or training. Kiki youth can provide weekly or bi-weekly sessions using techniques from life coaching, restorative practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and counselling with activities to build up their outlook on life and their prospects.

Sessions explore general themes or specific issues as required, such as negative body image, low self-esteem or bullying.
